Ok what the title means is...I need a little help.
I honestly don't know if I am being a poser or really an emo. Stupid I know, but I would die if I was if I was being a poser and infringing on something that defines peoples lives, call it being a dork or whatever else. Just give me an answer please....

Emo shouldnt be some thing that you try to be... some goal to reach... Just dress how you want and dont think so hard about it. and its not something that should ever define anyone, unfortunately there ARE plenty of people who define themselves by the way they look and nothing else... but those are fucking boring people.

Emo just "is". You need to just be you and really not pay much attention to "definitions". Really, how can anyone define one self? I know I sure as hell try, but it's not always easy! You'd know if you're a poser based on whether something "feels" right or not. If you're really feeling you're a poser on the Emo thing (and not listening to outsiders) then you probably are. Find yourself and you'll be ok.
