I am 13 and in 8th grade. last year i was way skinnier and don't know what happened. i have been a vegetarian for 3 years and don't snack to much. when i started getting bigger i starved myself but that didn't help, than i went on a strict diet but that also didn't help. i have a wii fit and ddr but can't afford a gym. i also don't eat breakfast (i have to straighten my hair sometime!) anybody know any good ways to get skinny?

i remember i flipped when i started running a mile a week, i lost 15 pounds in a month! Try running a mile a week tho right now im trying for three, yoga is good for flexability, and green tea helps you lose weight, id go with decaffinated tho. Eat vegies. fruits, eat a big break fast with like cereal and fruit and jiuce or soemthing. And eat salads, fish instead of meat. Dont snack. Dnt eat anything with trans fat or saturated. Get things with no sugar, cut out soda, sugary drinks. Anything with 4 grams of fat or less should be okay (look at servings!) and low sodium...that should help. dnt overeat. good luck

The thing is, if you stop yourself from eating at sudden like one day you eat and then the next day you just stop eating, your matabolism dies on you, so you dont burn energy, and you dont loose weight, while if you eat like 3 meals one day the 2 1/2 the next then 2 then 1 1/2 and 1 and 1/2 and then nothing your metabolism will stay and you will become skinnier

hes wrong, if u dnt eat tht first meal ur metabolism doesnt evn start and cutting back on food like tht is terrible for u, dnt skip meals! if anything eat a lighter dinner and bigger breakfast

you need to eat breakfast skipping that meal bloats up everyone, also its probably because of pubrity..... am 16 but when i was 13 i jumped from 94pounds to 120....... just wait youll go back down am now at 100 and eating breakfast everyday altough thats all i eat.

ALWAYS eat breakfast! If you have to get up a bit earlier do it. Breakfast basically kick starts you metabolism. then after you eat take a quick(10-15 min max) shower to wake up your body so you have more energy. If you spend longer than 10-15 min in the shower lower the water temp or you'll risk high blood pressure. If you go to a doctor s/he'll tell you not to eat less than 1200 calories. But if you want to get weight off you should. Do it gradually though, like start at 1200, 1100, 1000. I wouldn't recommend going under 800. and of as always don't eat late at night and work out on a regular basis. Hope that helped!! =) good luck


PS:You might want to start a diet journal. Write down what you ate that day and the calorie count. This will help you watch what you eat. Also if you have a wii fit it will tell you the calorie you burned during your workouts I write those down too.

you re growing its probably just boobs gaining weight.............iam a vegan tooo, you'll lose the weight after a while.............just never skip breakfast it'll be harder to lose weight and your hair will fall out.

im not really skinny and iv never been big
but im a vegitarian
and the less u eat the more u gain so eat healty excersize itll be okay :P
