Aside from writing Poetry, I listen to Music 24/7 to help deal with all the stress and pain in life. I haven't written Poetry in quite some time because the Music that I listen to helps a lot, especially at night time when its peaceful, dark and quiet. And feeling the beat of the Music running through my body, relaxes me a lot and it also helps me sleep better aside from my medication.
Poetry seems to be one of the top expressing strategies other than a Journal or Diary. But tell me, what do you do to express your feelings?

I draw/sketch Im not a fan of coloring in my drawings although I do like painting just not watercolor

Anything but people basically gimme anything I have a painting of a sunset on my wall that I had painted In art class
roses realistic animals clothing designs which I later sew (: I'm also a huge fan of painting chinese and Japanese letters and words

That's kool I'm not much of a sketcher or anything, I just mainly listen to Music to help clear my mind.

I listen to music based on how I am feeling at a certain point in my day. Along with drawing out what I feel in a sketchbook. As soon as I get a decent camera, I am going to take pictures of them and post them up here so you all can comment on them. I am trying to not be much of a talker but it gets worse when i don't talk at all. The reason is because I speak my mind that everyone else at my school doesn't understand. It is like i am speaking a different language compared to everyone else @ my school.  I get depressed when I get into trouble with my parents and others. It sucks to not have anyone to relate to what i am experiencing in my life!

I do a bite of everything draw/sketch poetry music constantly i evan play electric guitar but my most enfluentual aspect is my personality
