Being a full-blooded emo, I naturally own a makeup kit chockful of black cosmetics. Name it, and I've got it: mascara, eyeliner, lipstick, eyebrow pencil... and they're all in black!
I know it's natural for girls to bring their makeup kit all the time. But I'm not so sure about boys doing the same thing. In fact, I feel that boys in makeup are either gay or fake. What do you think?

I used to do my boyfriend's make-up before he decided to dump me. I can't believe I actually gave him the emo look that made girls drool over his presence, and he took one of them to replace me! Gosh, I'm such a big loser!

i think that it looks kinda weird on most boys.. but on some it looks awsome!!!! and i think if we can wear make up why cant they ??

Well, makeup can go either way if you ask me. Sometimes a guy wants to accentuate a certain feature... or hide one. Girls do it all the time, so why not guys? Though I don't think just ANY guy should go tossing on makeup. You need to know what you're doing and do it in moderation. There is a fine line between club clown and looking hot... best not to cross it.

i think guys can wear make up.. as long as you dont go over the top and it suits/matches your look, make-up just doesnt look that great on some guys..

It seems to me you don't know a lot of boys, pierced_pain. I see a lot of hot guys wearing make-up. As long as they know how to do it well (just like with us, girls), it's totally hot for boys to do make-up.

make-up (sorry guys) i think is only for girls, guys should look casual but not to casual so ur gal looks silly and the girls should be the ones with make-up (it isfor them after all), its ok as a bit of fun for guys but i think it is a tad ew for guys

I think that our society is stupid how we have all these unwritten rules
about make up, dressing and colours. It is so stupid. i think that if you want to wear make up or you want to
wear pink or whatever then you should be allowed.

Not that it really matters, but I don't like guys with makeup. I mean, when I kiss a guy I don't want his lipstick mixing with my lipstick and thus changing the shade of my lipstick. I know that sounds like I'm joking... but I'm serious!!! Besides, there is something kinda weird about guys wearing makeup. I like men to look more manly (and yes, many emo guys very much look manly).

I think guys with make up is HOT, but like the moderator said guys should use it in moderation, i like guys with black eyeliner, no lipstick or anything but black on the eyes is dark and sexy but i personally dont like red becuz it fades and makes you look ill

im a guy an i wear eyelina bt only cz it impresses my girlfrend (onli cz shes a hot emo  ) bt i fink lipstick is a bit too eccentric.. kinda makes u luk lyke a transvestite :P no offense iv u wer lipstick btw guys..
