A simple poll / question for all: WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE EMO CELEBRITY OR ICON?
Let me start the ball rolling. When I saw 2D, the lead vocalist of the animated band Gorillaz, I thought he nailed the perfect emo look. Check out my avatar. 
Of course, it didn't hurt that he only had two sockets for his eyes. Plus, he was fictional. LOL! But who cares? Gorillaz rock big time!

The Joker! I've seen 'The Dark Knight' 3 times already, but it's definitely not because of the Bat. 
All I can ever think of is how very similar the Joker and I are. But I don't have lots of money to burn (Aaaah!!! That part was incredible!) or to fund huge explosions (The hospital bombing scene was so cool!). I simply share his thoughts about the world and about society. For me, the Joker is the perfect emo icon!!!

Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day nails down the emo look pretty well. I think he was one of the few people who started the style of the punk-emo. I mean, who else uses thick eyeliner and still looks masculine?

Never mind that they're not that famous nowadays. I'm still a big fan of the duo. I especially like Julia because she looks very emo, just like me. I hope they'll make another album or just a song for us loyal fans!

Yay for Green Day!
I also think Oprah is a good emo celebrity icon. Why not? She's always dressed in black, and her guests are mostly depressed (except when she's giving away nice goodie bags... LOL!!!).

All my emo friends used to be absolutly obsessed with gerard way! I think that he is ugly and weird.

i kinda have their hair, nd i guess i kinda dress da same way.

Deff Andy six or Andy biersack as he perfers now. His music has so much meaning to it and he's a very talented individual. He's also a funny kinda guy not the type of guy you'd think he is from some of his music videos.
