well this one time.. my boyfriend told me i was too emo.. so i slashed his wrist and accidently killed him. woops. i got in a lot of trouble... so i cut my wrists also. other than that iv been pretty much flying solo. i feel better wen im alone... pererably in the dark... i love the dark.

Yeah, I agree with deardiary. There are plenty of ways to get around. I had a girlfriend who never understood my style. We kept on fighting and eventually, we broke up. Now, I have an emo girlfriend. Yeaaahh! Way way hotter than my ex! Woohoo!

The worst breakup of my life came about three years ago, when my boyfriend jilted me because he said I was depressed most of the time. He said he felt that he was the reason for my depression, but I said it was just me. What made it the worst was the fact that the breakup was so sudden: no signs or warnings that my BF was feeling those negative vibes against me. All along, I thought we were made for each other.

With my emo lifestyle, I never thought I could love anyone.. until two years ago.
I was crazy over this girl in our neighborhood. She was so beautiful, with her shiny black hair and fresh face. Her nice voice and rocker-chick personality made me all the more in love with her.
But I never had the guts to tell her how I felt.
I realized a year after that everything was too late, when her family decided to go back to their hometown in Australia. Geezzz.... That hurt a lot!

My love life couldn't be more depressing... and that's the way i like it. My boyfriend and i sit around and slit together. It makes me so much more depressed when there is twice the blood... and that's the way i like it. Sometime we fantasise about comitting suicide together. I hate my love life and the moment... and that's the way i like it.

In a way, some peoples lives seem impossibly true, for instance Black_Stars_Kill's story seems a little extreme and unrealistic, even for me.

I think you're right on that. Better to be honest too. I'm no longer with my boyfriend... mainly because he was an ass. At the time (it's been like 2 years) I wasn't really "emo", but heading in that direction. Now I live more like an emo and have more of the look. I get more guys hit on me now than ever before, but I don't need a guy to stay happy. Relationships are too much work!

I'm not in a relationship either. Like tatu, I think it's too much work. I like dating casually, having fun, hanging with my friends, and just not letting the whole "relationship" thing get to me. Society places too much emphasis on relationships. Although I do admit not being in a relationship can make for boring times, but that's when my friends pick me up. Relationships are too much drama. I mean, I barely understand myself so it's hard to get someone else to understand me!

Yeah, and everyone here is pretty young. You'll all have plenty of time for relationships in the future if you want them. For myself, I think it's best to focus on being myself, working hard, and trying to turn myself into something successful.

I used to go out with this boy and he is really awsome except he moved to Scotland... and dumped me.
I used to really miss him and cry for ages, but then I got over it and now I fancy someone else lol!
