Help! I'm into the emo lifestyle especially with my brooding take on life. However, I need to complete my emo life by spending on outfits and the whole emo style. The problem is that I have limited cash since I'm still depending on my parents for money. Any tips?
Sigh, grunge style was easier because I only needed un-shampooed hair and a set of torn and un-ironed clothes.

Hey, why be ashamed of your tattered clothes? Start with that! You'll be the epitome of the i-don't-care emo attitude. Who cares if you look like you haven't taken a bath in days? Just make sure you don't smell like that, alright?!?

I agree with Bruised_Spirit. As long as you are happy with that look that is.

As a start, just buy a few black shirts and a good pair of black pants. Use them over and over. No one will notice you have been using the same ones each week! It's how you carry yourself that really matters.

all you really need is straightened hair, a pair of skinnies (black or grey is best) and a zip-up hoodie. then just cycle different shirts through that outfit.
