As a girl, I'm naturally inclined to using makeup to complete my emo look. But just recently, my eyes started to itch. It also appeared puffy and red. I'm not sure what caused it, but I'm suspecting my eye makeup of mascara and eyeliner. I'm using N.Y.C. New York Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil.

Hi there. I'm not really a doctor or an expert in the field of medicine, but I think the makeup can have some effects on the skin, especially if you are allergic to them. Check with your doctor to see if you have an allergic reaction to some of the ingredients in the cosmetics.

yup. it should most likely say on the packaging that you should discontinue use immeadiately and contact your doctor
