Well, Hannah Montana is pretty danm awful. I'm talking both the show and the girl who plays her (Miley Sirus... of whatever the heck it is). I actually tried sitting through an episode ONCE to see what the fuss was all about. By the time it was over I was thinking... 
Yeah... I don't get the popularity of that show AT ALL!

I have only seen one episode. I didn't like it.
People at school atcually like it. Even tho i'm 15... my friends still love it. It makes no sence  And it's so bad it really anoys me. I just can't stand watching even an ad for it. argh

Maybe... I didn't think so but you never know.
we have a 'cool' group at school and even they like it. And i even hear some of the nerds chatting about it.. and i don't think there retarded cus there rather smart!

I think that's what all of us do from time to time. Though these days my self pity spells only last a few days, then I pick myself up and just go on with my life... until I read about or hear some messed up thing that happened in the world, then I go back into the self-pity mode. In fact... i think I'm starting to feel some self-pity coming on now.

lol. I don't wallow in my self pity.. like i said, i have some friends and they like Hannah Montanah but i just try and ignore what they say about it and slowly (so as to not hurt there feelings!) move away from them! But i have a few friends who agree with us. And we can just make fun of it. Hehe. Eeevil

Well, I think I'll finally give my opinion here... I kinda like Hannah Montana. Ok, laugh and poke fun all you want, but I'm not so much talking about the stupid show but more so Miley. I'm not a lesbian, but she's an attractive girl and does have talent. I also admire that she can rock out when she wants and is absolutely riding this "Hannah" thing for as long as she can. Really now... if you had a chance to work a few years and make enough money to live off FOREVER... even if it meant playing some lame character... you all would do it to! For that, I admire her and actually like her.

I agree with those such as tatu and cool.chick, even though I do strongly dislike her. If you were born into that kind of family, and given the opportunity to earn a lot of money, would you not want to?
Also, it can't entirely be her fault, right? As an under 18 (at least in my country) you don't have much of a say in what decisions you make, all your decisions are made by your parents, as you are not seen as responsible enough to make decisions for yourself.

No, it doesn;t make you any less emo if you like the show or the girl. Though, if you ask me, I think 95% of true emos would find the show unbearable. It's so sappy and stupid and Miley is NOT hot!!! I mean, you see the girls face everywhere and she's posing like she's some super-model. Ooof! No thanks, and not my thing at all. I agree with Mod. You could say that shes a good person, and that at least shes trying to teach young people to be good and stuff. BUT she is soooo fake, have you seed the episode with that woman with the huge boobs on. (check out this website)
