So, who else here loves death metal?  My favorites are:

Obituary
Deicide
Voivod
and of course... Death

Nope, death metal is not my thing. I think the closest to death metal that i like is In Flames, but they've changed over the years. I prefer their newer stuff (less death-metal like).

Hmm.. I'm not really into death metal (sorry) I much prefer My Chemical Romance, Death Cab for Cutie or Perfect Circle, that kind of music. I'm the same as tatu, the closest i like to death metal is in flames, but i like both their new music and old.

I'm 100% with you on this one! The bands you mentioned are all great, though I do like a bit of the heavier stuff now and again (ex: Exodus, Redemption, etc). Still, Death Metal is not my thing. I don't like music where someone is grunting the entire way through the song.

What a bunch of pussies. Death Metal is the BEST music on the planet! At least you guys like In Flames... and Exodus are actually pretty rock-hard. Still, show your dark side guys! Death Metal will bring out the best in you (or the beast).

No offense, but I hate death metal. I bunch of screaming grunting guys with (IMO) little talent. If you like it, cool deal. It's completely not my thing.

i looooooooove death cab for cutie!!! and perfect circle! and my chemical romance is awesome too! and iv got a few in flames.
thats the closest i get aswell... i dont like screamo eaither. to me there just not singing. lol. lots of people probebly disagree with me though.
